Food Allergy Policy

Under our Food Allergy Policy, we will display seven specific allergenic ingredients (shrimp, crab, wheat, buckwheat, egg, milk, peanut) that must be labeled by manufacturing companies (our ingredients suppliers) in accordance with the Food Labeling Act.

We give top priority to the safety of our customers, but are unable to accommodate any ingredients other than the specified seven allergenic ingredients.

Please be aware of the contents of 1–3 below and place your orders at your discretion.

1. Since food and beverages are handled in the same environment, we cannot completely eliminate trace amounts of allergens beyond the ingredients we use.
2. We provide allergen information (seven specific allergenic ingredients) based on the ingredients we use and the ingredient information (food labeling) from the manufacturing companies and our suppliers.
3. If we determine that we may not be able to provide safe food and beverages to our customers, we may refuse to offer our dinning services.
